We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Kim is knowledgeable, personable, hard working, and dedicated to making sure her clients are well cared for. As first time homebuyers, we needed a lot of hand holding and reassurance - especially in the 2021 real estate market. Kim made herself available to answer any questions we had, day or night. Kim is super approachable and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. Any problems that arose throughout the home buying process, Kim was on it, making sure things got done the way they were supposed to. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. I would recommend Kim in a heartbeat to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She is the best!!

We found the property online and were lucky enough to have Kim Ouellette be the realtor we ended up dealing with. She was very accommodating when we wanted to go into the house a few times to measure. Kim was amazing,she kept me grounded to reality and being in contact with my mortgage agent she knew exactly what I could buy. She did her research on houses I wanted to go look inside before we wasted either of our time and took it from there,some would had been a waste of time.
